Welcome to Edenbridge Consulting, we specialise in program and project delivery services for fund change and launch initiatives within the financial services industry.
Our senior leadership team collectively comprises over 60 years experience in finance, asset management, private wealth and corporate banking which spans over a number of disciplines within change and transformation. With our combined experience, our wider team offers extensive experience in the delivery and consultancy services for fund launches and fund change initiatives both domestically and globally.

Koray has over 25 years within the financial services industry of which most experience has been gained on a number of change and transformation programmes in the Asset Management space. Koray has been a career contractor for over 15 years managing both programmes and projects that specialise in fund launches and fund change management. Developing his experience from an operational and product background, Koray has deep knowledge of back to front office processes and procedures and brings a high level of delivery experience for fund launches of all domiciles and structures including UCITS, AIF's, RAIF's, KVG, SICAV and ICAV. Koray has strong leadership and programme management skill sets working with a range of business functional heads to C suite.

Our directorship has a combined total of over 60 years experience within the asset management industry. Our additional two directors are both equipped with long standing management positions within the financial services industry, working on both the buy side and sale side of the business. We have built up a wealth of knowledge understanding the full end to end lifecycle of a transaction, which has led us to understand all impacted parties within fund change. Our directors have held roles as Programme Managers, Project Managers and Business Analysts at market leading institutions such as HSBC Asset Management, Citi, JP Morgan, Aviva Investors, Threadneedle, Royal London and M&G.​ For the past 10 years, much of our leadership team have held positions managing fund launches and fund change, delivering in excess of a 300 fund products.
In addition, previous positions held within our senior team have also comprised of various fund change initiatives consisting of operations model design, development and management, regulatory change, business change and system implementation. Our directorship members have been fortunate to have worked on numerous large scale projects such as Asset Protection, Brexit readiness and Brexit implementation activities, Aladdin (Order Managment) implementation, Mergers and Acquisition and various Regulatory Change projects including PRIIPS and MIFID II.
